Shipping

We currently ship orders within the UK. We’re a small brand, but we work hard to get your WelliePaws goodies to you as quickly as possible.

  • Standard delivery: usually [2–5 working days] from dispatch.
  • Express delivery: where available, usually [1–2 working days] from dispatch.
  • Free shipping: on orders over [£X].

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, weather and courier delays, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another notification when it has been dispatched.


Dispatch Times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within [1–2 working days]. Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Returns

We want you and your little explorer to love your WelliePaws. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

  • Returns period: you can return unworn, unused items within [30 days] of receiving your order.
  • Condition: items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase: please include your order number or order confirmation email.

To start a return, please contact us at [support@welliepaws.com] with your order number and details of the item you’d like to send back. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

Unless your item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake, return postage costs are usually the responsibility of the customer.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help:

  • In many cases, the quickest option is to place a new order for the size you need and return the original pair for a refund.
  • If you prefer an exchange, we’ll let you know what’s possible based on current stock levels.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully check your order before it leaves us, but if anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please let us know within [7 days] of delivery.

Email us at [support@welliepaws.com] with your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, photos. We’ll sort it out as quickly as we can – whether that means a replacement, repair or refund.
